Self defense 3 weeks

This basic course is for ladies, three times with exercise 1 hour and 15 minutes per session in the evening. It is both physical, practical and theoretical. You will learn the basics in order to respond to threats and protect yourself against aggressive actions.


During the course you will learn the key elements of karate and self-defense grounds to be prepared, resolute and determined.


Course content

- You will learn how to block punches and kicks
- You will learn how you should behave when you are threatened
- You will learn to develop power with breathing techniques
- You will learn how to get free from restraint
- You learn the law on self defense
